Following a suggestion from a local resident at a recent Parish Council meeting, we approached Eden District Council to either move existing bins or obtain a new one. It was felt that the more populated side of Warcop only had two dog bins, whereas the other side had 5 waste bins.
In the end. EDC were very helpful and they have supplied a new bin on the bend near Crooks Beck and at the end of the footpath behind The Croft. This bin can be used for general waste and dog poo bags.
